It was great. Modest but had everything I needed. Nice breakfast and hot shower! Very accommodating and helpful staff, aside from the woman at the reception, who needs a bit of politeness in her interactions with guests. Location was perfect, peaceful street and close to the beach. Had tour staff on site and their office is just some steps away from the hotel.

Everything was perfect. The quality is beyond what I expected and the staff is incredibly welcoming. It hard to believe they accepted to keep my luggage for 4 days for free until I come back to collect it. There are human beings with humanity in this country.

Excellent staff & service, Clean, comfortable, value for money, 2 blocks from the beach, cute swimming pool, lunch is good, pet cat is adorable & there's HOT WATER which is rare in Santa Marta because it's still the middle ages here.

Great staff, excellent location 2 blocks from the beach but on a quiet road. Good breakfast, lunch & dinner. Comfy beds, hot water shower.
